Parking - Retail stores

There are parking spaces in front of our retail stores which are for retail customers only. There are ADA
accessible parking spaces in both surface lots that are available to those displaying proper state-issued ADA tags.
 
Parking - Complimentary Valet

Complimentary valet parking is provided to retail and office guests by At Your Service Valet Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Valet service can be located in the plaza driveway.

Parking - Garage

There is a six level parking garage with 1,796 parking spaces located directly behind Tower I.  ADA
accessible parking spaces are on each level of the garage, located next to the elevators. ADA access to the buildings is through ramps located at the entrances to the loading docks in Tower II and III. 
 
Parking – Surface Lot

The surface parking spaces located beside Tower III are reserved at all times for retail customers. Fairfax Square tenants and office visitors are not permitted to park in these spaces at any time.  Please pay attention to the signs in this area.  Violators are subject to towing.

Lost Parking Card

If you lose or damage a card key, please report it to the on-site Atlantic parking manager whose office is
located on the Lower Level of Tower II, next to the Property Management Office. The office is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
